right i've recently got myself some free webspace because i've signed up with a new isp. but after trying both filezilla and smartftp, they both give the file modified time incorrectly. if i view the files on the server using http, the time is correct. i've also checked the server time is definitely right by running a php script. but connecting via ftp is showing an hour difference (an hour behind). what's going on? like i say above, i've tried 2 different clients....
