Serv-U FTP Server

Again not free, but quite cheap, well worth it. Great program, Use on my file server.

Filezilla Server, its free and works just fine, imo

Personally use 3Com's 3CDaemon. Never failed on me very small footprint.

It's simple to set-up and above all reliable....and free.
