FTP to blueyonder webspace

is this different now?

the VM site says:
Hostname: ftp.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk
Username: <alias name>
Password: Your password, as chosen in Selfcare

but i can't connect.

ok..it's logging in but my password is apparently wrong.

Using FileZilla - what details should i need?
