How are you testing? The line is sync'd at max so you should be seeing 78Mbit or there abouts.

Line is on FastPath which is always a good start.

Getting about 40 meg down and 20 up but the router they have sent me is rubbish I don't think it can handle all the devices I have connected to it. And when you log in as an admin you come back out and can't back in to the log in page it locks up and says it cannot connect to the router it's an Asus N16 DSL job think in may order a tplink router had one on ADSL and it was faultless

Your download speeds are all over the place because Origin are cack. The line is pretty much spot on.

The user name I have been given has Vodafone in it I asked are they using there equipment and they said yep they rent some kit off them!

Epic well I'm giving them till Friday they are going to call me back I have ordered a tplink router and if nothing changes I'll be moving to plusnet!

No I agree with that but when it locks up all time and I can't log into it and have to switch it off and back on it will help me to provide more evidence to origin that they are crap!

You don't need evidence if you are within your 14 day cooling off period.

I thought the Asus routers were generally sound. Is it running the latest firmware? It might just be a duff one.

I have tried to update this looks like it is locked down to the isp wont let me update it!

Just cancel during the cooling-off period. People here will be able to get you something from a non-garbage ISP for the same price with the various cashback offers etc.
