1 x OcUK 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM £19.99

If you don't need the 1TB HHD you could get a 240GB SSD instead:

1 x Intel Core i3-4130 3.40GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail £82.99

^ spot on.

Although I might cut the PSU back to one of these (the former for efficiency or the latter for low price):

YOUR BASKET
1 x SuperFlower Golden Green HX 350W "80 Plus Gold" Power Supply - Black £37.99
1 x SuperFlower Amazon 300W "80 Plus Bronze" Power Supply £25.99

Also 4 GB of memory is plenty for 8.1 and Office, however OcUK haven't really got many tempting options at the moment:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Corsair Value 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C9 1333MHz Low Voltage Dual-Channel Kit £39.98

Yes change your PSU to one of those joeyjojo suggested, But personally I would keep the 8GB ram for the faster MHz, because the board can support it and you never know you may need it in the future!
