How does this work exactly? Obviously your covered for anything, but you can drive some one elses car if you have their permission also?

Depends on your policy, often restricted to those who are 25 years or older

no normally its 3rd party only while your IN the car, if it has no other insurance then you cant leave it on the public highway

I think with Quinn its different, because they offer Open drive, but I think thats only for 26+
