Fully deleting Facebook?

I don't really understand why anyone would completely get rid of Facebook :s. I can understand them having limited stuff on there, but completely ignoring it seems cray cray (unless none of their social circle uses it).

This.(assuming you're not middle aged and you have friends)

Its so ubiquitous that it is just another form of communication, I'd say that almost every other week some friend or other is having a birthday party/housewarming/gig/gallery opening etc... choosing not to use facebook these days is like choosing not to have an e-mail address or not to have a mobile phone.

Luddites tbh...

If it's any electronic form of communication, I prefer to stick with email or even use MSN (via Pidgin). I find Facebook impersonal in comparison. As for organising a house-warming or stag/hen or suchlike, I just dish out invites via email or good old fashioned postal mail. If it's meetings at work, then of course it's through MS Outlook's calendar. For photos, I usually host on my freespace. Virgin/NTL gave me 55 megabytes.
