easy in firefox, just hover mouse over the button, it'll go up then back down, then you can click it.

Mine doesn't....it has a spasm and opens and closes 3 times then goes back to normal

Install the NOScript extension in Firefox and forbid vauxhall.com. Then the menus are all expanded and don't jump around so you can just click on the entries.
