Fun this morning NOT!!!

lol cheers lucas, its gonna go through my company solicitor, as i have a loss of earnings case as well.

As i am not allowed to drive for 3+ days i am supposed to be on 24hour call out at the moment which i have had to make arrangements for someone else to cover for me.

Being on call earns me an extra £50 a day for just having my phone on, not to mention if i was called out.
Obviously i cannot claim for any so called call outs i may or may not have had, but i have been told the £50 a day can be claimed.

Being strapped on a spinal board in a swimming pool and flipped over while still strapped in is even less fun

Alas, 7.5 tonner drivers ,up until a few years back, required no more training than a car driver, and it shows in the way the majority of them are driven.
