Aw, man, that would be ace for a cremation! Can you imagine it playing as the coffin starts moving along the conveyor belt thingy, only pausing for every "Stop! Hammer Time!" with perfect synchronisation?

Beastie Boys - Sabotage would be perfect! I'd have the volume turned up at the bit where it goes 'I tell you all y'all it was sabotage' lol:) then turned back down again:)

Foo Fighters - learn to fly

I dunno i'd splatter it with Simpsons songs like 'see my vest' and 'the stonecutters song' and old theme tunes from 80's cartoons lol:) I would just wanna cheer up the living , doesn't really matter awfully much whats played while i'm dead , as long as it isn't the spice girls or Avril Lavigne , I'm certain to spin in my grave!
 
"One" by Metallica to kick things off... then "Nothing Else Matters". Then "In Your World" by Muse.

Finally, "Firestarter" by the Prodigy as my coffin wheels into the furnace.

Or maybe because I hate funerals I would have that song "Oo eeee oooo ahh ahh ting tang wallla walla bang bang" played at mine. Would certainly be different. I'm not religious anyway. Thy'll burn me and throw my ashes in a river or something depending on whether my body is found or not :p
