Funniest interview question ever..

So, I'm leaving my job and people are interviewing for it now, I got in for my shift today and I got told by my boss that one of the interviewees asked this question to the global data centre manager:

"Who would you describe your leadership style to be more like, Captain Kirk or Captain Picard, and why?"

Needless to say, this guy probably won't get the job.

I had a CV the other week from someone who listed his hobby as "Modifying and pimping my BMW". That's what he said word for word.

The lady who interviewed call centre staff used to get some right weird people applying for jobs, or people that didn't seem to care?

"What are your hobbies?"

"Gerrin' wrecked with my mates"

edit: recent interview was "what would you do if you found a fellow collegue making false expense claims"

to be fair I'd rather employ the guy who asked a question like the one in the op to the one who gave an answer as "getting wrecked with my mates", even if it is the truth!
