This probably doesn't really count as a sign as it's an 'online' sign, but it amused me anyway. What you get if you ask for directions from NY to Paris on Google Maps.

Take particular note of point 23.

My God - you're actually not lying. I tried going from my house to New York and step 41 says 'Swim across the Atlantic Ocean [3,462 miles]'.

Can't find a picture but just outside capetown on the road to the airport is a sign stating 'Don't sound you horn, ostriches getting laid!'
