What's up with my furmark score?
And also, what res do most people test it at?

I would guess different OS and different version of Furmark.

AFAIK Furmark isn't the best for benchmarking scores, but instead heavily stress testing your GPU.

IMHO the best test for a graphics card is gaming, are your framerates in games as good as they were before?

Well, haven't checked framerates in games, although they all play very smoothly, but I'll do that. Could my cat drivers be causing a lower score than those earlier drivers?

Just use Furmark to put your GPU under 100% load for testing temps and checking for artifacts (thats if you are overclocking) otherwise, I think 3D Mark is the best thing to test performance.

Ah, it's definitely the new furmark version that has changed. Didn't seem more intensive, but it must be. I just tried with the older 1.7.0 again and my score is higher than the earliest one.
