If your using Vista then possibly. But i really dont see the need to go above 2GB unless you do some serious encoding, folding etc.

As you can pick up 4GB of decent ram (Patriot 800mhz, 2x2gb) now for £170 or 4x1gb 800mhz generic for £120 I would go for it anyway :D

Ahh no problem. Thought the arrow pointed to your sig as a guide.

p.s. sorry for being of topic.

I agree that Raptors are a waste. Too noisy and far too expensive for what they are.

Im going for the samsung for quietness as it is gonna be a htpc as well
...
Just been looking at some of the crysis footage and i just hope it looks half as pretty as that and smooth and im happy :)

Yea the spinpoints are very quiet if you get the right colour glue! Pink is good orange is bad I think. There aren't many of the poor ones around though.

I think quad core IMO is a bit overkill atm maybe 18months when more games are using it?

Very nice setup. Cant say much wrong with it. If i were to be very picky, i would have gone with a different motherboard, just cause i dont Asus that well. But that looks like one fine rig to me.
