Future Socket 1156 cpus?

Sorry, cheeky bump. Stulid's already throw a suggestion in but that's it really.

Two builds:

£300 - basic office stuff, maybe odd game.

£400 - The second pc is for photoshop, CAD/solidworks (3D drawing)

I've got:
1 x Corsair HX 520W PSU and case
one SATA hard drive.
2x DVD-RWs
2x Monitors, keyboard, mouse

Looking ordering the following, pretty close to what stulid suggested. The x6 for the CAD, etc and the x3 for my dad's work PC. Hopefully I will have some luck unlocking the x3.

Thanks, unfortunately having looked at the above and my last suggestion I think I need to scale back on the CPU and RAM. Can't scale back on the gfx card for obvious reasons. The budget's still roughly £400 and I still need to include a F3 1TB .
