To be honest if i just use the board doing normal stuff like video editing i never hit them high temps. It just when i stress test the board the temp shoots up.

Do you find that the back case fan helps ? I took mine out for now and just have it blowing out the big hole were the fan used to be.

Ive not tried it without but youre cooler has the rear fan so its really good to go. I have been tempted to fit the rear fan on to the cooler as a 3rd fan to see if it makes a difference.

Now running at 4.6Ghz Highest temp i got was 47C. had to up the volts a little,highest volts hit 1.452. What are safe volts for the FX-8350 ?

Until you see throttling then at that point you'll struggle as you don't have apm, but with those temps you're good to go for quite a bit more. If you overclock using offset voltage then you can run 1.55v providing temps are ok, as on idle the cpu will drop to a much lower voltage. But for quick and dirty testing use manual.

Cpu temp max should be below 70c and core is 63 c.
