FYI: Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 announced!

Yes its available, but only from retailers who dont exactly have a good reputation (well one does) and also not at the price they are supposed to be at (74.99).
 
Yeh, had bad experiences with them before in regards to customer service and returns.
Would rather order from elsewhere where they have pretty much the best return policy of anywhere, buff ladies in your clue! ;p
Or from another one where I get free next day delivery for being on the forums (like here).
Expecting the R2 to pop up on other retailers sometime next week.

I was set on a 650D as my upgrade case but after watching some videos about this case, I think ill get this one. :D
Hopefully it gets stocked soon in the UK :)
 
Will do once it's all done :D
Going to inspect it for "faults" tomorrow and either do the build tomorrow or on friday morning, most likely friday morning because I have interviews tomorrow afternoon and after them I doubt I could be bothered.
Also apparently the R2 series have suffered little to no faults so far from what people have said, well less than the original midi etc.

Sounds good.

One thing I noticed on the reviews is the backpanel motherboard cutout isn't 'perfect' for the mobo... just wondered if you could get a pic of that with a mobo installed.... I'd hope that they would've fixed that before releasing!
 
I mean in that it actually is cutout for the CPU area (one review had only the bottom 2 screws of the CPU mount showing, whilst the top two were hidden).
