g/f landing at heathrow tomorrow but not sure where ??

Hi,

g/f is gonig to land in heathrow tomorrow and originally she was going to get a coach back. But thought it might be nice for me to drive there and surprice her.

But i have literally no idea about flight or anything, anyway i can find out, acutally haven't been to heathrow airport for like 10 years so no idea how to even get there :p

Any pointers ?
 
I'm guessing you'll have to find out her flight company and flight number off her? Once you have that should be able to find out the arrivals bit she'll be appearing in.
 
Its all signposted from the M25, both ways!!!

Try and get there an hour or two early, ask some attendant what gate\terminal she'll arrive in (tell her where she went from\time\etc)

Its not that hard.... :p
 
You can all the info from the flight number if not you can guess the terminal from the where she's comming from as said above but get there early because you'll spend ages trying to find parking. :(
 
Hmm you might struggle if you don't know what terminal she's landing in!

Where is she flying from? Terminal 1 is mainly internal, Terminal 2 European, and Terminal 3 long-haul, however that isn't a hard and fast rule.

However there's also a central bus station which you could hang around and see if you can see her come in, maybe find out when she is getting in then give her a call (she'll no doubt turn on her mobile phone) then find out in casual conversation what terminal she's in (just out of interest, what terminal did you come in to..blah blah blah)..then watch that exit like a hawk :p

Well i'll be coming from Bristol so along the M4. Just head towards london then heathrow right ?

She's coming from maylasia so terminal 3 at a guess, just waiting for her friend to text me the flight number.

Oh, i guess once i'm there it is all sign posted for parking and where to go ?

Any tips don't want to be stung on parking, but at the same time don't want to be late.

Along the M4, come off at junction 4. Go right on the roundabout (3rd exit) and that 3 lane road will take you towards heathrow. When you approach the next roundabout, stay in the middle or right lane to go through the tunnel. When you come out the other side it's all signposted to the car parks.
