G-Sata not displaying 2nd Drive

Hi, just recieved my two 640GB Blacks for Raid. Im using the GA-MA790FXT-UD5P and it has 6-Sata on the SB750 and 2 Pairs on The JMB322's (white Sata Ports). My problem is If I plug Both into the Blue Sata they both display, but If I use the JMB322 Only one drive displays??? Is there a setup processs Im missing here :confused: I want to use the JMB322 for Raid with the Smart backup which only works on the JMB's.

Any help much appreciated. :D
 
Doesnt matter I resolved it, the other drive appears if i go into the raid setup. fully installed on windows 7 now but only getting 122.5MB/s that cant be right? I was getting 107MB/s just on 1 drive :(
