Hi, RMA'd my G.Skill 4400 LE TCCD as a stick went bad.

since they are no longer manufactured, I have been offered:
G.Skill PC3200 2GB HX (2x 1024MB)

G.Skill 1GBFC PC4400 2.5-4-4-8

I was thinking of going for the 2GB and then running it on dividers...

what do you guys think ?

Cheers.

HX uses Infineon Ce-6 chips, not sure if they're any good

I'm not sure how well they'd clock, but they have excellent stock timings, so you can just use a divider to keep them around stock and clock your 144 happily. Memory clocking on the A64 platform really doesn't bring a huge amount of performance increase, but having 2Gbs over 1Gb will make a lot of difference in any new games (BF2, Oblivion etc..)
