G11 Layout Problem

I have a G11 keyboard, and it states on the box that it is UK layout but I have a few problems.
Some of the symbols etc. are in different places which is fine, but they dont come out as they are marked on the keyboard.

Example:
The @ sign is now Shift+2, and has swapped places with the " sign, but to in terms of actual keystrokes, Shift+2 produces the " sign (as if it were a standard keyboard).

I could appreciate it if someone was able to help me out with either a setting that needs to be changed or something.

As far as I can make out from there, it is already in UK.

Yeah, still says English (UK).

I also tried switching it to US mode but no dice :/

Everything is set to UK.

Logitech's software seems to have no options regarding language.

I have the latest drivers already installed, I dont think they have released new ones for years anyway.

As it happens I can touch type so its not that big of a deal.
And if I did manage to change it, everytime I was using another keyboard I would be typing the wrong symbols due to being used to an American layout.

I think I will return it to get a refund and then by the Razer Arctosa instead.

Oh right, thank you for that.

Still though, id rather not get used to it and get different keyboard instead.
