G11 or G15 Rev2

Ok, im confused - do i need to get a G15 with the LED screen really? i mean, is it actually worth it or is it yet another peice of pimped up hardwear with flashy lights? What about the G11 - too much of a let down when compared to the G15?

I currently have a nice system which i built myself but i still use a generic dell keyboard (old faithful as i call her) and i have no problems but it looks totally out of place next to the rest of my machine. Plus the backlit keys on the logitecs are something of a desiranbility when playing at night.

Any yet, i cant decided - any help in making my decision would be much appreciated as i want to order today so that i get it tomorrow if poss.

Personally I would still pick the G11. The LCD screen doesn't make up for the horrible backlight colour.

Depends if orange/red colour fits in with your colour scheme. Blue tends to go better with black/silver.

one question - ive gone to order the board but the shipping costs are still registering on the order form - they come to £8 for delivery of the board. Presumably this WILL be deducted and not taken from my account?

If you got a G15 its easy enough to make the LCD look a different colour, just get some coloured plastic or something, a sheet of it and if you do a decent job of it and it looks neat it should be fine.
