Now & again I get a problem with my G15 keyboard where the return key & arrows keys stop responding. I have to reboot to sort it. Unfortunately it is very intermittent so chances of an RMA must be slim.
Has anyone else ever had a problem like this with these keyboards?

what os are you using, the reason i am asking this, is because, i have a saitek gaming keyboard, the one wich lights up like a christmas tree, and it does not work on vista, well the 64 bit version, and it does exactly the same as yours, mine can be fine one minute, and not work for ages after, or it can like stutter, if its doing the same as mine, ive been told its a driver problems, im awaiting drivers.
hope it helps

I get the issue rarely, but does happen. More down to a compatability issue with our mobo i think.

When installing windows I have to dissable USB Legasy in bios else the keyboard/mouse switch off when the installer asks for input. I have to enable USB Legasy if I want to be able to use the windows boot menu.

moving from PS/2 to usb was a mistake. ps/2 is 100% compatable and usb is a bit n miss and no benefits over ps/2. usb keyboards seem to miss the multimedia and power keys, no ida if thats by design or nasseccity.

Well worse luck it looks liek i am going to have to go back to windows xp pro now, a few probs im encountering are taking to long to be fixed not to mention i cant use my gamespy account (wich i paid for) and it doesnt look like they are rushing it iether. it will be sad, becuase on the whole i liek vista a lot.

Try getting a powered usb hub and plug the g15 into that, cos the g15 might not be getting enough power

If it is plugged into the pc motherboards usb port it should get plently as the keyboard was designed to be plussed into that rather than a usb hub, not to mention, doesnt a usb powered have the same power as the onboard pc one ??

i had this issue with the latest drivers from logitech well i believe it was that i used the ones before and it hasnt done it since, mine was only the large enter key thou and not the arrows aswell.

omg jinxed again guess what stopped working my return key aaaarrrrrggggghhhhhhhh.........
