G2Play?

Have bought many Star Trek Online timecards from them no problem.

Also, as for Steam keys, have bought many in the past and had absolutely no problems. A couple of Steam games are region controlled though.

That is complete rubbish that "Steam doesn't take kindly to it". It is a legitimate key.

The issue is when its a legit key for Russia and its being used in the UK.

Tried to use them for STO timecards once, they wanted scans of drivers license or passport for ID checking, however they wanted a very specifc setup (something to do with writing your order number on the scan whereas i wrote the number on a peice of paper and sat the license on it and scanned the whole thing) so i cancelled it as being not worth the hassle (id checks for a timecard....lolwut)

It isn't complete rubbish at all. Publishers carefully control the retail channels. It's one of the reasons games are priced differently in different territories. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Steam take a dim view of this.

where are you shopping. i want Dirt3, and for under £10 i thought this was a bargain. although, i also want a new gfx card, which will probs come with it free.

Well I didn't compare every game! The ones I looked at I could definitely find cheaper elsewhere.

Just used these for an EA Download manager BF BC2... code came through virtually instantly, along with a scanned image of the Product Case/code.

No complaints here.
