G700s changing it's own profile?

Has anyone had this on a Logitech mouse before? Every couple of hours it seems to change itself from Profile 1 to Profile 2 (there are only 2 enabled). I've got a support ticket from Logitech open but at the moment they're not replying to me.

Set the profile using the software and uninstall/install the latest logitech software and see if the profile still changes or losses saved settings like shortcuts programmed to its g keys.

Have you tried updating the firmware?

I had a g700 with similar issue to this unfortunately it was way out of warranty so no chance of an rma.

The G software says the firmware is up to date, but it also shows the current version to be "00.00", whereas it used to show something like 45.7.
