ive got a small problem... that "teenager" repellant device has been made into a ring tone and now its spread throughout my city, its on buses and in librarys and all embeded in the hands of grubby teenagers who foolishly believe they are the only ones who can hear it as supposedly anyone over 20 cant... well im 24 and its driving me nutts :mad:

I can hear the 21.1 tone with my headphones in but something tells me thats probably just the headphones being weird and not playing the tone properly...

I'm 20 and can hear 19.9.

I did this a few weeks ago and could hear all but the last one (which doesn't exist) but now can only hear up to 18.8. However I think that its to do with the X-fi I installed, because my little sister who is just 16 can only hear the same ones as me.

Edit: I can hear them all once again after disabling various creative voodoos that are turned on in the X-fi control centre.

i can hear 19.9kHz

im off to continously poke my ears with cotton wool buds in the hopes of causing some damage

didnt they realise some adults can hear it... :confused:

I can hear 16.7k, but not the 15.8 or 14.9 or 14.1, although I know they are there I wouldnt say I can hear them. I'm 33 btw

Edit: I cant hear the 17.7 but I can actually hear the resst to 21.1k :confused:
