Yes the 2yr period. Obviously if the product is EOL, then it would be exchanged for equal performing product or a credit given of the products value at that time, again within 48hr.

I miss the aesthetics of my old GTX 570 Phantom, but I certainly don't miss the noise when overclocked.
Somehow that thing was louder than my PowerColor HD 7870 Myst, even with it's crappy blower cooler.
