Galaxy Note video

Recorded a video on my phone with the handset upright & transferred it to my PC for better viewing through WMP classic but the video is on its side is there anyway to rotate it so i can watch it properly?

Media Player Classic might let you rotate it, it wouldn't be permanent though.

Have you tried Windows Movie Maker (or whatever the built in one is called)? That might have the option to do it permanently

VLC will let you rotate on the fly, but not save the rotation.

You need a type of video editing software to change. I think VirtualDub can do it, and is free, but the interface is complicated.

Windows movie maker does it.

Couldn't be simpler.
