Game controller for PC

Well yes there is that, but in all seriousness i'm pretty sure MW2 on PC won't work with a controller, 360 or otherwise. :p

I'm not sure if the game supports it first party. But there are several solutions to that problem, there's software you can download that will allow you to use a gamepad in most, if not all games. :)

True but you don't get proper analogue support of the sticks then do you? They won't behave as they would were it supported natively, which will suck massively, it'd be virtually unplayable nevermind trying to compete in multiplayer which would be hard enough with a properly supported pad.

:p Sorry, Goto auction site. Buy a Bluetooth usb adapter. several with free shipping for £1.50 Then goto this site. I used a "NANO TINY USB 2.0 BLUETOOTH ADAPTER DONGLE EDR WIRELESS" From user "xs-accessory"

http://www.motioninjoy.com/blog/show/8 Follow the instructions for either 32bit or 64bit and get the pad working using usb (very simple) then goto the bluetooth page which is also very easy follow instructions and bam your done.

Now your ps3 DS or six axis works on pc. You can then use the motioninjoy software to select xbox360 pad emulation so all your games think its a 360 pad and map buttons etc acccordingly and provide vibrate for ds3.

All cheap and easy :D

ps. if you have x64 vista or 7 then press f8 each boot and select run unsigned drivers or download the programme in the link to do this for you.
So you got it working wirelessly?
I could only get mine going when wired :(

Tried to get it working in MAME with the original Star Wars arcade game, I wanted to control it via sixaxis, nearly managed it, but the sixaxis was too sensitive and the game wasn't playable with it in the end :(

Have you any links to 3rd party downloads that might make it work , got it all connected and i cant use it at present :(

Why on earth would you play an fps on the pc with a gamepad!?
I personally have a wired xbox controller, by far the best i have used

Another vote for the 360 controller.

Managed to get my PS3 controller working (which I'd prefer to use) but apparently 64 bit versions of Windows insist on driver signing and it's too much of a hassle to disable it every time I boot up the PC.

Xbox controllers work great, just plug and play,

Or if you are a past ps2 man you could get Logitech Rumble pad 2 as they are based on the ps2 controller and available wired or wireless.

Got it working , bit strange having gamed with mouse and keyboard for years though but i will stick with it and tune settings here is the latest download for win 7 64 bit

left the keys in mw2 at default and configured the game pad to them , just a case on joystick speed now
