I was just playing TF2 and someone on the enemy team was running round with a medic on them and they constantly had a charged weapon? 100% of the time I saw them their weapon was charged anyway.

Is this possible? How do you charge your weapon?

Some servers have 'VIP' where you can donate to get special privileges. On one server I go on, you can get unlimited ammo, metal, etc. and run faster. Maybe that's what he saw.
