Game of Thrones Audio Books

Hi guys, I'm not a strong reader and I really struggle when I try to read books, so I was wondering if anyone is aware of any good Game of Thrones audio books?

Yep, there's some about - I've only listened to a bit and it was pretty good from what I remember! Read by one of the actors from the series I think.

I've also found it's pretty damn hard to find the audio books up for sale anywhere.

They're available on Amazon but a bit on the pricey side. I trawled e-bay and picked them up for a decent price there!

Don't bother. I have one and the old guy who does it is shockingly awful.
I am assuming he must have been better on the first few books mind, as people said he was great, but I couldn't listen to him. All the characters sounded the same, and he was mind numbingly boring.

I would love one with actual people reading it, like a radio show style.

il read all of the books into a microphone at some point if ya like....

they will be done with a quite strong stokie accent though, after a few beers, with me adding extra bits to spice up the boring parts a bit?

il charge less than itunes.

Those are the audio books I listened to, by Roy Dotrice I believe, his voice is much smoother and his characters much more defined in the first, as by AFFC , he is super old. Problem is he is the only one who seems to have read them.

I listened to Roy Dotrice doing GOT, but none of the others. Got it on Audible, about £8.99 each(one for free when signing up)

I can't picture the Tower of Joy scene without hearing his voice now :cool:

Definitely listen to the Roy Dotrice ones. I listened to Book4 (i think) read by another guy as Roy was unavailable and it really ruined it for me. The new guy just pronounced everything wrong (in my opinion).
I listen to audio books when im out driving in the outback as there is no radio
