I've had a Gravis Eliminator shock for a few years and does the job if your looking for an alternetive choice.

in order of preference

wireless 360 pad (best pad evOr but the dpad is a let down)
wired 360 pad (wired, instant loss of a point for a game pad, but cheaper also)
ps3 pad (bit of a pain to get working, awkward shape for some people)
logitech dual power 3 (big and cheap feeling but its got all the buttons and a decent enough dpad)

From my experience the 360 pad is the most hassle free for use on the pc.

Prefer the logitech rumblepad 2 cant be doing with analogue shoulder buttons just isn't very good for pro evo.
