Game return policy?

Hey, I bought myself a brand new Xbox 250GB, with Halo Reach.

I then purchased Fable 2 and Fable 3, as well as Assassins creed brotherhood.

I've only really been playing Halo Reach and Fable 2, I don't really care much for Fable 3 or Assassins creed brotherhood (And as such they're both shrink wrapped still)

However, I was under the impression that Game sported a 28 day money back guarantee if they're unopened?

It doesn't appear to be there on the shrink wrap, nor does the reciept say that, it actually says that I had until the 9th of January due to Christmas period..

Am I stuck with these two unopened games which I could put the 70 quid towards my Z5500's?

if their unopened and have their security seal on then take them back.
if their part of a deal....then you have to take all items of the deal back unopened.

That could be some kind of special money back guarantee that they offer over the Christmas period - it might be more generous than the usual terms. Some shops do that.

inside you 28 days then imo. Give it a shot, worst they can do is knock you back

Chances are the extended date (9th Jan) is for people who bought Christmas gifts early in the month etc
