Game Save Manager

I was implying that you won't use a program that makes life easier, so you also wouldn't use gadgets that do the same.

Looking through the program files folder from my old hard drive, I count 42 game folders, so 42 games worth of saves scattered around my hard drive. I could manually hunt around for the saves in the locations MeMeMeMe posted above, plus their program files folders, or I could use a program that grabs them all for me?

I assume that you don't back up your entire Program Files directory with rsync, so do you specifically add save locations in that folder for older games?

The problem with that analogy is that failure to change the TV channel is a minor inconvenience at worst, and you can instantly see whether it has worked or not. Whereas losing your game saves for a bunch of different games could be very annoying, and you can't be sure without checking whether an app like this has worked.

I don't have anything against a tool like this, but I can understand why people still like doing manual backups.

i tell it to search for save game files and auto back them up on a set time.
