You do realise that the original money has to clear in their account before they refund you don't you? Then it takes time before it clears in your account, which can take up to 7 days

To be honest, it sounds like any company... You ordered a console, they took your money, then you've cancelled your order and now you're just waiting for your refund. They can take up to 7 days before you get your money back. Nothing to see here :/

Why would having one leg stop someone taking the **** if people take the **** but then didnt it would still be discimination. However this is off topic but if someone wants to start a poll, I would still take the ****.
Anyway, I agree that if the money left your account then it will be a case of it taking the time to cone full circle. Off the top of my head I can't ever remember being given an instant refund when I have ordered something off the internet. Give them a call though to find out or if you haven't a the refund within a reasonable time get ****ed at them.
