Gamecock?

I think i may have dreamt this.

Has there, over the past week or so, been a Games studio renamed to something like Gamecock? I'm sure i read it, possibly on teletext somewhere. It just seemed a really bizarre name to give to a games studio.

Can someone confirm this? I'd google it but i'm scared what might come up!

My access at work is restricted but the preview in google gave me this:

I am intrigued as to multiples of what they will be publishing.
