Gamepad with a trackball?

Anyone seen this?

I must admit to enjoying my gaming more sitting on the sofa than at my desk these days but it's not that convenient with a mouse/keyboard setup and I've always been frustrated with gamepads... this may be the answer however:

Trackballs are never as responsive as the keyboard and mouse so youll only end up in rage mode when you get killed in a game after not being able to shoot the bad guy fast enough!

I hope when they relase it they make it NOT look like a piece of crap.

Being fair I watched the gameplay videos, I for one HATE controllers for FPS games and I also hate the fact that console gamers think they are skilled that they can use it, when really it is just aiming assist. But this...it looks like an honest to god solution. If only it wasn't so ugly

Obviously it's a bit of an ugly looking beastie at the moment but I think it provides a compomise for 10ft play.... just the sort of thing to go with Big Picture mode.

Anyway, it's good to see some genuine innovation even if ultimately it doesn't work. I've backed it!
