Gamer speced, for a young gamer

So im building a pc for a young gamer i know,. got a few issues as he is to asamble it this his stepfather, and they not very pc savy, hence why i need to
be advised a cooler that's oki, for a i5 2500k, prefers one that's pre-thermal paste, and clicks into place, no over clocking, but must be able to handle some heat, specs below.

And need advice on MB/power-supply, as its only for one HD6950 no overclocking.

My choice :
ASUS SABERTOOTH P67 B3 Revision Or MSI P67A-G45 (B3)
Corsair Professional Series HX650W "
Kingston HyperX Genesis 2 x 4 G
Samsung SpinPoint F3 Desktop "main"

Cooler Master HAF 912/922 Plus

Or similar.

As for the motherboard the G45 will probably be fine, the sabretooth is a waste of money tbh.

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro rev 2 for £20
or

Thermalright Silver Arrow for £50

Corsair A50, Thermalright MUX-120. However a Freezer 7 rev 2 will do a good job at stock speeds.

Antec HCG 620W is a good solid choice.

I'd go with the CM 690 II.

The stock cooler that comes with the CPU will be fine for not overclocked surely?

But then again why would you get the 2500k if you aren't overclocking? You can get a cheaper version of this CPU which performs the same if you are not overclocking.

want a cooler that dose oki while gaming for hours and its summer, so a little better that stock , and have to click on like the stock cooler. not whit back-plate ect.
