Gamers mouse

Threads like these always come down between the Logitech MX518/G7 or the Razer Copperhead. Really it depends whether you prefer the mouse to fit your hand, or you want a simple no-nonsense mouse.

I use a logitec G5, I didnt fancy getting the wireless G7.

Its pretty much the same, adjustable weights, 2000dpi etc.
I'd recommend it if you have large hands (19-20+cm handspan) though it takes a bit to get used to, whereas the razer would probabley be easier to use at first.

I've got the MX518 and its great. I personally dont like the copperheads, i find the shape annoying and I sometimes find it hard to press some of the side buttons easily as i tend to press others when i do so.

Its personal preference imo there isn't a "better" one. The MX518 might be too large for some people, where as the Copperhead is a strange shape and you need deformed hands to use the buttons on the right side of the mouse.

Try out a few differnet ones if possible and see which you like the feel of best. e.g. I use a crappy Microsoft Optical mouse which is what i've always played with and probably wouldnt be able to play with any other like I do this.

Another one for the mx518 here, but as pointed out above.. It really is down to what feels most comfortable and best to use to you. Best thing would be to get hold of some different mice and give them a try if at all possible.

MX518 - wholeheartedly.

I found it particularly useful when I upgraded my machine (and subsequently resolution on my monitor) as the quick res-change buttons on the mouse made it far easier to move about a larger screen without putting my wrist out of joint. :)

Something must be wrong with my copperhead :/

If I open any drawing program and try draw a circle there are certain directions it does not like to go :[ just goes in a straight line.

So I suppose..if you like drawing boxes... A LOT im the man with the plan!

Other than that, it's greaaaaaaaaaaaaaat for gaming and I don't get these problems.
