Its no the company you work for really ive been in this game a long time, it all depends on how high profile a site you are on, the more they charge the company etc, the more you get paid.

I sometimes run Neverwinter Nights 1 off a flash drive, when its quiet.
Plenty of modules available for it at the Neverwinter Vault too
