Games for a 9800 pro......?

I used to play UT2004 a LOT back when I was using my 9600XT and my mate had a 9800 Pro.

It ran really well on both. :)

Can't believe it might run COD4, that's the game I've been gutted to have been unable to get!! Downloading the deom now, fingers crossed :D
 
IIRC - Bioshock was the first game to come out that wouldn't run on a shader 2.0 card. Anything older should run, athough you might need to turn settings down.
 
Another vote for BF2 which I ran on my previous rig (Bartoon 2500 XP-M with 9800 non-pro and 2gb ram). Still play it and its still one of the best team based shooters out there.

DOW games should run fine too.
 
Well, after trying a couple of games you guys suggested I can confirm the demo of COD4 works great and I'm currently playing Company of Heroes an 1024 x 768 and it looks and plays great :)

Clearly some life in the old girl yet :cool:

You seem to underestimate the card, it can happily run most the current most "popular" multiplayer games, especially Source-based games.:)
