I'm off on Holiday for a week and taking my Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro

Spec's are

Core i5, 4GB Ram and 128GB SSD with a intel HD GT2 onboard video card.

Looking at some games to install that will run on it that are single player as I won't have access to internet. Like all types of games :)

I can recommend a few. Mostly puzzle games, but all awesome:
Limbo
Machinarium
Portal
Amnesia
Don't Starve
Magicka

Not sure if these would run on that gpu, but here's a list of other ones you could try

Any telltale game (Wolf among us etc)
Brothers a tale of 2 sons
Bastion

Piano Tiles, killed 10 minutes or so on my phone while I waited for my next beer to arrive, where are you going on holiday?

A "holiday" away from gaming is normally quite a good thing.

You want a quick 20-minute type game?

Civ V...

Just kidding. Don't take Civ on holiday with you!

Real answers:
The Binding of Isaac.
FTL (basically any rogue-like, where you can just give yourself 1 life or 2 lives, then head out again).

Same GPU as my work laptop.

Dota 2, civ 5/beyond earth, mass effect 1/2/3, borderlands 1, any source based game all work well.

I reckon a turn based strategy like Xcom would also be good.

Nonsense, game till you drop is my motto.

As for recommendation for a 20 min blast? hmmm an emulator as any PC game I know needs more than 20mins. Your spec could run Fallout 3 in prep for Fallout 4.

I always spend a couple of hours a night after a day of exploring on my gaming device, i love gaming more than almost anything, and i'm not getting "most of anything" at the minute!

Ha, Super Meat boy is a great shout. If you really, really want to be wound up on your holiday instead of relaxed, give this a go. You'll be swearing at waiters in no time.

That last level. Such rage. But it's all worth it when you finally do it.

Definitely this
