What games really reward you with decent loot or funny easter eggs when you explore, a lot of games seem to have the same old boring loot no matter if you do decide to explore the game world. Can you guys list games that reward you with decent loot for exploring?

I will start it of with one, this game does reward you if you look around with some pretty impressive loot.:

Dark Souls
 
Shadow Warrior (2013). I've only played the demo so far, but a few interesting hidden bits there.
The GTA games usually have some fun bits tucked away (though I haven't played IV or V)
 
Fallout 3 + all DLC
Fallout New Vegas + all DLC

Tons of hidden content takes ages to fully explore.

Resident Evil 5 PC . Earn all Achievements to see the entire game & all its hidden secrets.

Dead Rising 2 + Off The Record. Earn all Achievements to see the entire game & all its hidden secrets.

Alan Wake. Earn all achvs to see all the hidden secrets.
 
Elder Scrolls Online.
