Could say the same to you Mr ABBA fan

I can't really understand the low score for Assassins Creed, I think it's excellent and it offers animation and graphics not yet seen in games as well as an interesting take on a story and delivery.
Whilst it may be repetative, it's no more so than many other games, so it's disappointing to see such a score.
Assassins Creed and Kane and Lynch deserve better in my opinion... COD4 is definatly a 9-10 in my opinion also
The climbing and free-running is boring. You press a button and press a direction.
When the whole gimmick about AC was the parkour, surely you need to expect it to be harder than it is. Surely there should be some level of competency regarding your climbing. Maybe they could have had it that better people could climb up walls faster. I don't know. It's the same with the free running; there's no skill to it. Graphics are all well and fine, but if it's boring then what's the point?Shouldnt movement up and over obstacles be fluid and easy to perform?
As for COD4 i would give that a 10/10 as it excells in all departments. From graphics, sound and gameplay(sp and mp) to drama and spectacle. Loved it. A game doesnt have to be original to be a good game, just done well and fun. Nokkon mate you should really try the SP.
I'm surprised about the score for AC, given that I was just about to do a blog post stating that AC and Mass Effect is the best £80 I've spent on my 360 since I purchased Kameo & Condemned back during it's launch.
AC was a superb title imo, and the so called repetitive bits are probably because no one bothered tackling them from different angles, and did nothing but counter-attacks during fight moments. I didn't find the game boring at all.

I have tried it briefly, I've completed the ship and Nikolai missions, but I couldn't use HDMI and Optical at the same time because I didn't get an Elite, thankfully Neoni loaned me his adapter from the Elite until further notice so I can use HDMI and Optical (5.1 sound) at the same time, so I can continue. I was previously playing on a Yamaha YSP-1100 SoundBar which was awesome, but I refused to go to 2.0 stereo to play it, so I bided my time .
I'll get back to it today or tomorrow .
