Dirt 2 has amazing graphics.

Agreed, it's often overlooked because everyone already has it, but it is a very pretty game. Few nasty textures up close, but they're usually lost in the blur and only really show up in screenies.

Metro 2033 has some superb lightning and smoke effects in the game so thats a definate game to add to the list of "good lookers".

I also agree with whoever mentioned deadspace as some of the visuals in that game are absolutely stunning and add to the horror factor of it (which basically makes you **** yourself)

To be honest if you have a high end system you really should get Windows 7 its a really good OS and it will utilise your system to its maximum

Someone mentioning AC2 has sparked an interest. I was thinking about Assassin's Creed 2, seeing as it's very cheap. If I didn't like the first enough, albeit hard to say for sure..but would I like the second?
