Games you go back to but the visuals disappoint

Not quite in the spirit of the thread, but I always remember Fallout 2 looking worse than it does, and every time I replay it I'm shocked at how bad I keep imagining it to look. It's a viscous cycle, I'm due another playthrough soon and I'll no doubt forget posting this and go into it expecting horrendous graphics and being shocked.

I randomly decided to play Pokemon blue recently, I'd completely forgot it was black and white and was amazed how poor the graphics were. I guess your imagination fills in all the blanks when your a kid huh?

Still, I completed and enjoyed it, forgot how bad it looked after an hour or so.
