Gaming and editing build

I want to build a computer for gaming, 3D modelling and video and photo editing.

Intel would be preferred, but if you think AMD would be better for my budget I don't mind.

Want to have max or high settings on most games with decent frame rate and want the computer to be future proof-ish.

Budget is £600-£750.

First time posting, so sorry if I do anything that is against form etiquette.

You can only overclock with a "K" CPU and a P67/Z68 chipset motherboard.

The H67 above still has SATA3.0 and USB3.0

The GTX560 is a bit more than a clock reduced GTX560ti, its also missing shaders.
