Hey everyone finally decided to
Build myself a pc. A few friends have built theres recently. So i after seeing theres i think its my turn. Budget is about 1700. This will
Be used for gaming on a 1440p
Monitor. So i want a 780 and i7 because i can see next gen games taking advantage of that. Can any one start me of with a spec and see hw it goes thanks in advance

Depends.

Some case fans can be noisy and depending on your method of cooling (Air/CLC), the same may apply.

Not really if they were intended for the H100i, the H100i when released had either a low rumble noise from the fan motors when they were at their minimum RPM (you could change this in the control panel software by setting a a slightly higher minimum RPM) or they would emit a high pitched Whine if you flashed the H100i with new firmware designed to fix the low speed rumble.

So effectively replacing one annoyance with another.

I do not know if the recent H100i are fixed in some way, but I do know that if you ask Corsair customer support they will send out a set of new fans which are also 4pin PWM to replace they stock items and remove the sound issue altogether.

Paste comes pre-applied to the H100i

SATA cables come with motherboards.

The PSU has the remaining cables you need.

Before you do order anything, post up the basket so it can be checked before you buy anything, also the OcUk weekly deals have changed now (run from Wednesday to Wednesday) so the above specs may have better alternatives now.

My build for you, no keyboard and mouse though, not sure on your preference on them. There is some ability to move this build around to make it less expensive to fit the price of a good mouse and keyboard.

This build as a little red and black theme nothing special, but it looks good.
