Gaming build, already have a 3000 series GPU and drives £1.5k budget

It's a gaming rig for my mate, he has a 3000 series card and it'll be 1920x1080 res
Can you be more specific? If it is a 3060 for example, then a 12400F would be plenty @ 1080p.

Need a case and a cooler.
He could drop to an i7-12700 non-k (review) and B660M-A Wifi and save over £100 (I would).
Alternative: 5800X3D (review).
Did a white build for a change but can be easily swapped for black. The mobo can still take 3 nvme's and the gpu slot is gen5. It performs as well as the msi b660 tomahawk and seen it for £167.60 saving £32 on OCuk, and undercutting the tomahawk in price. also seen the B660m mortar for £158, which is another board that could be used, but think the strix is better for the price diff.
The 1tb sn850 is on offer and fast, use for OS etc, the 2tb SN750 is solid gen 3 drive to be used for game storage..seen for £180 away also saving £20..if you want a gen 4 drive, then the OCuk are offering the 2tb Firecuda 520 for £229
I put is a Lian li 011D Evo as shows off the componenets well, and looks good imo. Being dual chamber, plenty of space for cable management
For Ram, OCuk don't seem to have any white, but you can get Corsair 3600C18 vengeance pro sl rgb for £136 away(32gb, 2 x16) or 32gb vengeance RGB RT White for £148
The case below comes with no fans and really suits a aio also. It will fit a 360mm in the roof as exhaust. Seen the Lian li galahad for £119 in white(same place the mobo from)
Then you could add 3 more as intake down the side next to mobo, and 3 as intake at the bottom...if going lian li galahad and want same fans then a triple pack st fans are £34.50...if you want to spend more the uni fans interlink ina daisychain so each set of 3 only require 2 cables to manage, rather than 2 for each fan, but they're not on offer at the mo. I'd check out some yt with them to see if you like
This can increase price quite quickly and provides no benefit apart from looks, hence why I asked question..only doing it here as had a large budget to show what you can do etc

if want a simpler more conventional look that'll be cheaper with a 360mm top rad, then the phanteks p500 is good...or corsair 5000 series(but get on offer as expensive otherwise)...if dropping to 240/280mm rads, then plenty of other case come into play to be had from around the £95 mark...the phanteks cases with white and black may suit better as your mate may have a dark 3090
