Just a couple of things...

The X-Fi's have known driver issues with Vista 64. Distorted sound, and having to reboot to get working sound, have both happened to me (have a dig on the soundcard forum here for more details).

And the Hiper PSU's do not have the best rep on the forums here. Look at a enermax or corsair, both of which do have a good reputation for reliability here.

FYI, I'm running a very similar machine here Q6600/P5k Deluxe/8GB G.Skill/ 2x 500GB WD/8800GTX using a Enermax Infiniti 720W and it may be nearly double the price of the Hiper but it's worth every penny for peace of mind when your spending over £1500 on a new build.

I'd personally get the Corsair 520/620W or a enermax but you should be fine although a lot of people stay away from Hiper but i heard most of the problems was with their 580W model.

Well which one :p theirs either the Music or the Gamer, I'd go for the Xtreme Music one even if its for Gaming. Their have also been some issues with them on Vista 64 although i'm fine but might be worth having a look.

XFX apparantly have appauling customer service, OCuK decided not to sell anything from them their that bad although it still is a very quick card if not a bit overkill for your resolution, also its a bit more expensive than ones from BFG or Leadtek or even OCuK for example.

Waste of money, you dont get the increase of performance you'd expect to get for paying so much more for it.

I'd personally get the WD 500GB AAKS although theirs nothing wrong with this one.

Shoudl be fine cooling for you Quad although if your overclocking I'd maybe get something more beefier.

Cant go wrong with these for their price, great overclocking potential aswell.

Everything should feel that bit more quicker and responsive with 4GB RAM aswell as you not needing to worry about not having enough RAM for a while, good price aswell.

I'm not sure about motherboards with DDR2 & DDR3 RAM slots, the slightly cheaper Asus P5K will do fine other than that its a P35 motherboard which all have great overclocking potential.
